Athlete, indie rock band from London, features Joel Pott on lead vocals and guitar, Carey Willetts on bass and backing vocals, Stephen Roberts on drums and backing vocals and Tim Wanstall on keyboards and backing vocals. Jonny Pilcher has joined the band live on guitar. Rock band Athlete's second album, Tourist, reached Number One in the UK Album Charts in its first week of release. The Athlete single "Half light" was used by Sky One in August 2005 to commemorate the final episode of 'Star Trek Enterprise'.
