Heavy metal band Cradle of Filth formed in 1991 the lead singer is Dani Filth. Cradle of Filth released their debut album, The Principle of Evil Made Flesh on Cacophonous Records. They later signed to signed to the label - Music for Nations releasing Dusk...and Her Embrace. Cradle of Filth's lyrics and controversial imagery are rooted in gothic literature, dark poetry, deep mythology and horror films. Cradle of Filth are regulars at festivals such as Ozzfest and Download.
