Since its inception, the Movie Maniacs series has been one of McFarlane Toys' best-selling lines. The mixture of figures - from avenging angel to subhuman slayer to demonic doll to run-of-the-mill madman - runs the ghoulish gamut. The third line of Movie Maniacs features such film legends as Edward Scissorhands (from the Tim Burton film), Ash (from the Sam Raimi film Army of Darkness), Snake Plissken (the protagonist of the classic Escape from L.A.), The Fly (from the David Cronenberg film) and The Thing (the vicious beast from the John Carpenter film). All figures come highly accessorized and are crafted with painstaking detail from their respective films
Movie Maniacs Series 4. Another set of some of cinema's most feared maniacs come to life with McFarlane Toys' collection of 6 individually packed ultra-action figures including: T-800 (Arnold) - T2 Terminator 2 Judgement Day, T-1000 (Liquid Metal, Cop) - T2 Terminator 2 Judgement Day, Freddy Krueger - A Nightmare on Elm Street (based on 18 inch version), The Blair Witch, Evil Ash - Army of Darkness, and Candyman 3 - Day of the Dead. Each figure includes a movie poster replica. This section also features the Jaws deluxe box set, Army of Darknes 18" Ash figure and Leatherface 18" figure.
Movie Maniacs Series 5 from its fifth year and still going stronger than ever before, the Movie Maniacs series moved another step closer in its evolution from strictly horror figures to an action figure line that encompassed a broader range of film characters. McFarlane Toys' Movie Maniacs Series 5 is broad and compelling , with figures from the classics of action and horror movies as well as newer properties. Meet Djinn, Jason X, Sarah connor, T-800 Endoskeleton and Tooth Fairy. Also included in this section is the popular Alien Vs Predator box set.

The great horned demon from the classic 1985 Ridley Scott film, Legend. This dark demonic figure is the embodiment of evil. It seeks to marry the princess of this enchanted land and bring eternal darkness by destroying the last of the magical unicorns. The figure is the same sculpt as in the original McFarlane Toys US Movie Maniacs 5 assortment (6 7/8 inches tall to top of skull, 14 points of articulation), there are however some slight paint changes, especially on the cape. Accessories: Yellow battle sword, shield, armor and custom stand with chains and weaponry. There is a custom base and it is packaged in a collectible fishtank display case. Please Note: the Lord of Darkness DOES NOT come with the unicorn horn or the sword like the regular figure previously sold in Movie Maniacs Series 5.
Ash comes with chainsaw mounted arm ready to battle the Pit Witch figure which has never been available before in any other figure form. This set was a Musicland exclusive and is long out of production. Figures are about 6" tall.
