Star Wars Clone Trooper Helmet Replica: Genetically engineered on the storm drenched world of Kamino, the first generations of clone trooper were harvested from genetic material taken from the skilled bounty hunter Jango Fett. Identical in form, physical prowess, stamina and mental capacity, each clone trooper was fully encased in hard white armor, their identical faces concealed behind a t-shaped visor. Far superior to the armies of the era, clone troopers formed the backbone of the Republic’s military initiative against the Separatist forces, so much so that the wars they fought in came to be named after them. This helmet has been recreated directly from digital files supplied by the Lucasfilm archives, and features a fully padded interior with see-through visor and lit reflector on the back. To create this Replica Boba Fett Helmet the engineers from Master Replicas laser scanned an original Star Wars helmet from the archives perfectly capturing the shape and subtle nuances of the face and dome and output a master pattern from which all of the production molds were made.

Boba Fett's inception is almost as mysterious as his character. What is known is that the unique Mandalorian armor he wears was designed and then fabricated in England well in advance of the filming of Star Wars: Episode V The Empires Strikes Back.

Joe Johnson the production illustrator and designer began work on Boba Fett's helmet shortly after ILM relocated from southern to northern California. Lucasfilm archival photo reference shows Joe working on the hero helmet which was later worn by actor Jeremy Bullock during principal photography. It is likely Joe also prepared a back-up helmet which resides in the archive as its' paintwork closely matches the scratches and technique of the hero

Over the years the hero helmet has sustained additional scuffs and scratches from its many world tours and exhibitions. Using extensive photographic references Master Replicas worked with a talented artist to recreate the hero helmet paint scheme as it appeared in 1979 when it first went before cameras at Elstree Studios.

This Limited Edition Boba Fett Helmet from Master Replicas is constructed of fiberglass. The LED's in the Range Finder blink when lowered. Each Boba Fett helmet is wearable with a fully lined and padded interior and a see-through tinted bubble lens. It features an authentic weathered finish.
