The V for Vendetta statue is based on the Wachowski brothers film adaptation of the legendary graphic novel by Alan Moore and David Lloyd, the V for Vendetta statue from NECA showcases the title character as portrayed in the film by Hugo Weaving.

In an alternate near-future, Britain is ruled by a totalitarian government that the enigmatic and charismatic masked man known as V has sworn to bring down. Wearing a mask modeled on the image of 16th century British terrorist Guy Fawkes, who was part of a failed plot to bring down the government by blowing up Parliament, V targets his attack for the 5th of November, the date in 1605 that Fawkes' plot was thwarted.
